Improving leadership and strategy skills of owners, directors, managers, and employees in the organization. Through courses, lectures, workshops, and personal training, firm members acquire and exercise updated knowledge and tools in the field of leadership and strategy.<\/p>\n

As opposed to the myth, leadership capacity, that is, the ability to make others follow you and to initiate change, is not only a matter of natural talent. Leaders can also be nurtured inside organizations and firms, with the help of the right knowledge and training.<\/p>\n

Leaders are those who are able to raise their eyes from the production floor or from the office desk and identify challenges awaiting far ahead. Leaders are those who are able to integrate between different aspects of the firm’s activity and to see the big picture. Leaders are those who are able to facilitate processes, and to motivate others and make them change their practices.<\/p>\n

To assist organizations in nurturing and reinforcing leadership and strategy skills among their members, I offer them personal training and assistance for executives, as well as suitable courses, workshops and lectures, conducted on demand.
